We Jun 曹维骏

After graduating with honours in Actuarial Science from the University of Kent, We Jun first started his career in finance, then consumer durables, before pursuing filmmaking full-time in 2012. In 2014, he apprenticed under production designer Tim Hutchinson (“Willow”) during a 2-month-long Art Direction industrial training at Pinewood Studios Malaysia. In 2015, he directed the short film, “Coaster”, under the mentorship of Baltasar Kormákur (“Everest”). Several of We Jun’s short films have been selected for international film festivals. “Hungry Ghost Diner” is his debut feature-length film.
